Another Taco Tater Tot Bake
There are some foods that we go to on a regular basis, foods that are not only satisfying but delicious in a variety of ways, one of those foods is potatos, it is definitely on my lists of favorite and comfort foods. When I saw the recipe "Another Taco Tater Tot Bake," I immediately thought of my husband and how he might add this to his favorite list.This recipe includes tater tots, something my husband can't live without whenever we have Mexican burritos, enchiladas or tacos. It definitely looks like a fun recipe to have on a Friday night, with the kids, just before a movie, it reminds me a bit of nachos with a lot of similar ingredients, and one of those dishes you just can't get enough of. Some of the ingredients that are in the recipe are taco meat, green chilies, corn, black beans, cheese, enchilada sauce, salsa and sour cream.
Once you have the ingredients for this taco tater tot bake recipe you need to start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees. Then spray a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Then heat a skillet to medium high heat. Add garlic, ground beef, and onion and cook while breaking the meat apart with a spoon or spatula until the ground beef is completely browned and crumbled. Drain off any excess fat from the ground beef. Add the taco seasoning mix, green chilies, frozen corn, and black beans to the ground beef. Cook until heated through. Next in a large bowl combine the ground beef mixture, with some of the Mexican cheese blend, and all of the tater tots. Stir well to combine. Next pour some of the enchilada sauce into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Next add the tater tot mixture to the baking dish and lightly pat the mixture down into a solid, even layer.

Potatos have vitamin C, potassium, b6 and trace amounts of thiamin, riboflavin, folate, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and zinc. Potatos are used to brew alcoholic beverages such as vodka, potation and akvavit. They are used as food for domestic animals, as a binder and thickening agent in soups and sauces. Potatos can be baked, mashed, made into french fries, potato chips, roasted, scalloped, roti (potato pancakes), stews and soups.
